I arrived to the Mission Viejo Country Club in Orange County this past weekend ready to make some memories for one happy couple!
This is the latest cake in our Wedding Cake répertoire, and this is what it started out looking like. In this cake the top and bottom round tiers are made of Red Velvet cake with White Chocolate mousse filling. The middle square tier is Royal White cake with Raspberry filling. All covered in Vanilla butter cream frosting, adorned with filigree designs and trimmed in black ribbon.
Add some fresh flowers cascading down and around the cake as well as a little sparkle in a few crystals, and the look is completely transformed.
It's time to cut the cake....Mr. and Mrs. Rodgers, here's to you!
